Early responsibility and exposure
We are a relatively small team and there’s no room for passengers. You’ll be expected - and supported - to take on early responsibility and gain exposure to a wide range of projects, working and collaborating with clients on the ground, on site, while developing solutions for real challenges. You’ll have an assigned mentor to guide you through your FP journey, including a continuous project performance and twice-yearly career review. These are opportunities for honest appraisal and reflection on both sides: what’s gone well, what needs improving, next steps for your career objectives, any additional training or support you need. We strongly believe in your growth as we know it leads to ours, as a team, and as a company.
Rewarding performance
You’ll be challenged in your role at FP, but you’ll be fairly rewarded for it. Our offer includes a basic salary, a housing or accommodation allowance, and a transportation allowance – all tax-free. We also offer an attractive annual performance-based bonus.
Additional benefits include schooling allowance for up to three children if they reside with you here in the UAE, as well as annual round trip tickets to your home country for you and your family. In addition to UAE public holidays, you’ll receive 30 working days’ paid leave per year, most of which you can use in conjunction with Eid, in the summer and the New Year holiday period, as we value the importance of family time during festive seasons.
Looking after your health
We believe a healthy workforce is a happy one. You’ll receive premium health insurance for you and your family if they are based in the UAE, so it’s one less thing to worry about. The policy includes dental and optical cover, which is unusual in the UAE. All team members also receive life insurance coverage.
Relocation assistance
If you’re relocating to the UAE to join us, you’ll receive relocation assistance to help the transition go as smoothly and stress-free as possible. This includes shipment of personal items, a one-way flight to Dubai, and up to 14 nights in a hotel if you need it. In addition, we’ll make sure there’s plenty of flexibility during your first couple of weeks with us for you to find an apartment and get settled in.
