Fresh Graduates

As a fresh graduate or as someone new to management consulting, you would be hired as in our entry level position, as an Analyst.

Analysts get just as much exposure as the rest of our team, meaning that within your first few weeks of employment, you will be in client facing situations, learning exponentially about how consulting is done "on the ground".

This is the sort of hands-on experience you would struggle to find elsewhere in the consulting world!

Our project teams are usually quite small, so everyone takes on a large amount of individual responsibility, whilst also working together, growing and learning from one another as a team.

To help you learn the ropes, our training combines theoretical modules, with on the job learning and we believe this to be the best way for someone new to the industry to upskill themselves quickly and truly find out whether consulting is for you.

You will also be assigned a buddy and a mentor to help guide you through your first few months and be there to help and support you along the way!
