This means our interview process takes a bit more time so we can get to know each other.
We aim to complete the full recruitment process, from the initial online application to the final assessment day, within six to eight weeks.
There are four stages to pass through before the offer stage; including an online assessment, case study interviews with members of our team and a final presentation to the Co-founders & Managing Partners, and a Senior Partner.
Collecting diverse feedback from our team of varying levels of seniority, experiences and perspectives is an important part of how we work. Our hiring team will take the time to meet you, get to know you and ultimately decide whether they would like to work alongside you.
We benchmark candidates throughout our recruitment process, meaning usually, you will not be interviewed for a particular role, but instead assessed on where you would best fit into our existing team, based on your interview performance, previous experience and expectations.
