Sam Brownrigg joins Four Principles as newly appointed Human Resources Director

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 2nd March 2023  

Four Principles Management Consulting are pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Brownrigg to Four Principles’ Dubai office, as Human Resources Director. Sam joined Four Principles in late 2022 and has already had a huge impact on the success of the Human Resources (HR) department, as well as influencing positive change within company.

Sam first moved to the Middle East in 2008, hence brings with him a vast wealth of experience within the UAE and wider Middle Eastern HR sector. Overall, he has 20 years’ experience spanning the entire remit of Human Resources, with a particular focus on Recruitment, Organisational Design, Process and Change Management, Strategic Planning, HR Analytics and Cost by Management.

Sam has led HR teams across various sectors and geographies, most recently at Accenture Middle East, since 2015. During his time at Accenture, Sam designed and implemented the HRBP program which was focused on the employee experience and true business partnering. The program balanced the delivery of HR services from the centres of excellence (recruitment, HR operations, learning and development, compensation and benefits) with the strategic HR elements (organizational designs, HC planning, HR analytics and cost management).

Now in his role as HR Director with Four Principles, Sam is focused on developing a robust HR strategy, supporting the direction of the organization and will be looking to continuously evolve and improve the recruitment process, retention strategies and the employee experience, whilst  being a key member of the senior leadership team and someone that all employees can call upon for advice.
