At Four Principles we focus on getting to know you thoroughly, and give you a sense of what it’s like to work together.

This means our interview process takes a bit more time so we can get to know each other.

We aim to complete the full recruitment process, from the initial online application to the final assessment day, within six to eight weeks. There are six stages to pass through before the offer stage.

Collecting diverse feedback from Four Principles team of varying levels of seniority, experiences and perspectives is an important part of how we work. Your hiring team will take the time to meet, and come back to you with a decision.

 


 

Step 1 – Submit Online Application 

If you are interested in any of our vacancies, you are required to submit a full application online. Check our current vacancies to apply directly.

 

Step 2 – Complete Online Assessment 

Once shortlisted you will receive an email to complete an online assessment aiming to measure multiple skills prior to moving to the next step.

 

Step 3 – Preliminary Interview | Meet Our Virtual HR

A preliminary interview link will automatically be shared with you after you pass the online assessment. During the virtual interview, your answers will be recorded and shared with our HR team.

 

Step 4 – Technical Interviews | Meet Our Team

Two different (occasionally three) technical interviews will be arranged where you will get to discuss your background and interests, followed by case studies. It’s an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and we’ll ask some questions about your experience and your interest in Four Principles.

Step 5 – Final Case Round | Meeting Our Partners

During the final round, we will fly you over to Dubai if you are based internationally and you will need to complete a full day assessment, followed by a discussion with our Partners. Here you will have the chance to directly interact with our Partners and get first hand information about our culture and growth plans.

HANDS-ON EXPOSURE

Our success is strongly driven by our team working closely with our clients. We listen first, understand their needs and then implement improvements quickly and practically “hands-on” with client staff on the ground.

FAST-TRACK DEVELOPMENT

Our team learns and grows by working and collaborating together on the ground, on client sites, and by building their capabilities with real and actual challenges. You will have an assigned mentor that will guide you through your Four Principles’ journey, and will conduct formal performance appraisals with you every six months. Career reviews give you the opportunity for track or level promotion, and to gain insights on your areas of development. We pride ourselves with being just when it comes to rewarding performance. We strongly believe in your growth as we know it leads to ours, as a team, and as a company.

COMPETITIVE PACKAGE

Our offer includes a basic salary, a housing or accommodation allowance, and a transportation allowance – all tax-free. Additionally we offer an annual attractive performance-based bonus.

All your allowances are received directly by you and you can choose to spend them as you please.

Benefits & Time off

We offer additional benefits including child education assistance allowance for up to three children if they reside with you here in the UAE. As well as annual round tickets to your home country for you and your family. You will receive 30 working days as paid leave per year, and we ensure you get to use most of them during summers and the new year’s time as we value the importance of family time during festive seasons. These are in addition to the UAE public holidays.

Heath Care & Life Insurance

We provide health insurance for you and your family if they are based in the UAE. Our premium health coverage ensures you are well taken care. It also includes dental and optical coverage which is not that common in the UAE. We offer you life insurance. Life insurance plans depend on your hierarchical seniority and family status.

Relocation Assistance

If you are relocating to the UAE from abroad to join Four Principles, you will receive relocation assistance which includes shipment of personal items, a one-way flight to Dubai, and up to 14 nights hotel-stay covered by us should you need it; and during your first couple of weeks on the job, if you are not assigned on projects, we will give you full flexibility to search for your personal apartment, and make sure you settle well before you kick-start on your project assignment.
